The following are projects that I have completed throughout my undergraduate program at Wheaton College. Most images are hyperlinked to full project reports and projects are listed in chronological order.

Pace/Cadence Calculator- Fall 2023

Project for Computer Modeling of Physical Systems. Created a program in MatLab from my own running data to compare cadence vs. pace data from over 300 runs.

Deaf Driver Assist- Fall 2023

Led this project for ENGR 204 with the aim of bridging the gap between the hearing and deaf worlds on the road. Click image for full report.

AutoCAD Projects - Spring 2024

Drawings for Engineering Graphics and Computer Aided Design class. Designed a basic farm table and worked on a drawing set of a men's bathroom floorplan of the Meyer Science Center at Wheaton College. Click image to see drawing PDFs.

SolidWorks Toolbox - Spring 2024

Model for Engineering Graphics and CAD class. Designed a sheet metal-constructed toolbox with twin step-style drawers and produced a drawing set. Click image for full drawing set.

Small Home Renders - Spring 2024

Final project for Engineering Graphics and CAD class. We were given free rein to use any program, so I chose to do renderings on Lumion via SketchUp. Click image for renderings.

Ethylene Vinyl Acetate- Fall 2024

Project for Material Science class. The Young's Modulus and other stiffness coefficients were determined for running shoes (Hoka Clifton 9).

MTS Beam Bending- Fall 2024

Project for Mechanics of Materials class. Four beams of varying cross-sectional geometry were tested against predictions for their modulii of elasticity. Click image for full report.

NCORR Image Analysis- Fall 2024

Project for Material Science class. Analyzed the stress and strain using NCORR (a plugin to MatLab) of gummy candy that was made in the lab.

Softball Launcher- Spring 2025

Project for Dynamics class. Developed and built a crossbow for a softball launching competition at the end of the semester.

Senior Design Project

Fall 2025 - Spring 2026

Working with Convergence Energy to develop a novel device for data aquisistion from Wheaton College's newly-installed solar panel array. Project in progress with updates on the way!
